No, LLH does not offer exchanges. Be sure sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on our site.
Q: HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.

Q: ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?
Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.
Q: HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.
HOW LONG DOES LLH EXTENSIONS LAST?
This hair can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY LLH EXTENSIONS?
Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.
Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
